Believe It Or Not, It’s Just Me. Taking a Time Out!
I'll be back, time will tell, you'll remember that I served you well
BRB (Erica's Version)
I’m excited to announce some big changes ahead for this little weekly newsletter that just turned 21! You’ve been a wonderfully supportive audience and given me some great feedback that I am taking to heart. As such, while I make some improvements I'll be on a brief but necessary pause, given the entire editorial, research, and song pun departments are all staffed by me alone, and our boss is a real you-know-what. Think of it as a silent retreat, and I’ll be back with some goodies before you know it.
In the meantime, some of my recent podcast eps to keep you company:
Getting Intimate With Female Pleasure with sex educator and intimacy doula Kiana Reeves
How Hypnotherapy can help you unlock your subconscious to uplevel your life with Joan Teasdale
And of course some invaluable bite-sized nuggets of wisdom from yours truly, in my 7-minute Tipsy Tuesday episodes
CULTURE CLUB
A wise woman may have once told you that the live cultures in fermented foods are beneficial for your gut health, and you should listen to her (and share her newsletter with your friends). Now's your chance to put it into action: Saturday, February 10 marks the final day of National Kraut and Frankfurter Week, so there’s still time to observe and then throw any leftover sauerkraut on your Super Bowl buffet to help you digest all that cheesy goodness, which is incidentally not a reference to Taylor & Travis reuniting in time for the game.
HERE’S A TIP, MAKE THE CHANGE
And now I’d like to flip the script and ask you for a tip, so I can make the change. I want your feedback, please! If you have a minute, or five minutes, and any inclination to share at all, I’d love to hear from you, feel free to reply directly to this email. You can answer any or all of the below, or just freestyle it. It’s all helpful!
What’s been the most helpful tip that you still apply? More than one?
What part of the newsletter needs improvement? Too long, too short, too woo-woo, not relevant to your interests?
What would you like to see more of? Less of?
Any topics you’d like to know more about?
Be well, and also have fun,
xo
